Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and analytical requirements for site transfer and technology transfer implementation.
- A comprehensive understanding of Master Formula Cards, BMRs/BPRs, Process Validation Documents, and Product Development Reports.
- Scheduling and implementing Pilot batches, scale-up batches, exhibit batches, trail batches, and site transfer batches at the plant.
- To achieve the agreed timeframes, follow-ups must be made to the project’s timelines at each stage.
- A high level of expertise in the preparation of documentation for batch records and process validation.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing tablets, capsules, and sachets.
- An expert in preparing reports on the suitability of equipment for a particular job, as well as determining the batch size based on the suitability of the equipment.
- Collaboration with all cross-functional teams at Plant, R&D, cross functional teams and the project management team to ensure that the project is effectively completed within the management-specified time frame.
- Maintain effective communication with the project owner, the SPOC of the project owner, and if necessary, the cross functional member of the project owner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy / M.sc and a minimum of 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in formulations.
- Expert in verbal and written communication.
- Interested in relocating to Jadcherla (Near to Hyderabad).
- CTC will be based on qualifications and experience.
