JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for documentation as per standard.
- Manpower handling & development.
- Arrange training for new manpower.
- Responsible for over all production .
- Responsible for complete documentation in process.
- Make Production Report for all shift.
- Handling for process related trouble shooting.
- Involved in preventive maintenance of molding
- Involve in new product & packaging development
- Production Planning as per stock availability and dispatch
- Raw Materials Planning
- Coordination with store and dispatch department for production plan. Involved in raw material saving plan
