Emcure Pharmaceuticals is conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced professionals across QA, QC, QC Microbiology, Production, and Packing (OSD) functions for its Injectable Unit (Sanand) and OSD Unit (Surendranagar).
We are Hiring for Our Injectable Unit- Sanand & OSD unit- Surendranagar
QC – Executive/ Officer (Exp: 3 to 7 Years)
- Operated HPLC, GC, LIMS /QMS
- Analyzed finished, in-process, validation, and stability samples
- Used ICP-OES, ICP-MS, LC-MS/HRMS
- Handled Auto Titrator, Malvern Analyzer, Zetasizer
QC Microbiology – Executive/ Officer (Exp: 2 to 6 Years)
- Perform and review microbiological testing (EM, water, sterility, endotoxin)
- Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance (aseptic practices)
- Handle documentation, SOPs, and investigation (OOS/OOT, deviations)
- Support method validation/verification and audit readiness
- Coordinate with QA/Production and drive CAPA & continuous improvement
QA – Executive/ Officer (Exp: 2 to 6 Years)
- Experience in – QMS/Qualification & Validation
- Execute equipment, utility, and facility qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Support process, cleaning, and media fill validation for injectable products.
- Manage QMS activities: Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and Risk Assessment.
- Review and approve qualification/validation protocols and reports.
Production – Executive / Officer / Operator (Exp: 2 to 7 Years)
- Exposure to complex injectable manufacturing processes.
- Having operational knowledge of Tunnel, Autoclave, Filling Machine, Stoppering,
- Capping Machines, Spray Dryer & Area Cleaning and Sanitization.
Production & Packing (OSD) – Officer / Operator (Exp: 3 to 8 Years)
- Granulation/Compression/Coating/QMS
- Secondary/Primary packing (CVC Bottle/ Track & Trace system)
