- Location: Visakhapatnam
- Experience: 6-8 Years
- Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech
- Preferably in the Formulations/Injectables.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, HMI.
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on Equipment Qualification protocols such as IQ, OQ, and PLC Validations.
- Hands on experience in calibration , maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of field instruments like pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature measuring instruments & Transmitters , Control valves, PID controllers, Data loggers, Solenoid valves, Proximity and Photo electric sensors
- Hands on experience PLC, HMI and SCADA control panel troubleshooting of all kind of signals like DI, DO, AI &AO of different process control equipment’s.
- Hands on Experience in VFD’s troubleshooting
- Handling all kind of maintenance and breakdowns of sterile area equipment’s Vial, Ampoule, Lyo.
