Job description:
Responsible for as quality data governance SPOC for all FTO (all FTO sites i.e. OSD + Sterile and Shreveport)
Timely data submission for Board MIS, Corporate finance, Risk Management team.
Conducting senior management meetings (Board, MC and Quarterly), monitoring minutes for closure.
Review and co-ordination of multisite technical agreements.
Extensively collaborates with DPeX team for automation of Quality scorecard, quality metric dashboard and digital quality initiatives.
Quality data analysis and draw inferences for decision making by leadership team.
Review and analysis of quality indicators like OOT, OOS, Cat-3 incidents , FARs, critical complaints, Incidences, Improvement ideas, Budgeting, Human errors, notification, Benchmarking, etc
8. Governance for Quality Strat plan, reimagining QMS.
Mandatory Skills: Project Management, Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Data Governance. Experience in Pharma Quality, QA/ QC, data analysis and drawing inferences.
