1. Lead- Upstream process development : (PG / Ph.D + 8-15 yrs)
Incumbent should have good experience in mammalian cell culture and virus culture. Expertise in handling a wide range of cell lines and viruses. Ability to plan and execute batches to produce drug substance. Expertise in using bioreactors, cell factories and other culture techniques to optimize cell and virus growth.
2. Lead- Molecular virology and analytical development. (PG / Ph.D with 8-15 yrs)
Incumbent should have indepth understanding of vaccine and biologic product design and approaches to develop them using advanced molecular biology tools and methods to test specific antigen, biproduct and impurity quantitation, identity, concentration etc by employing diverse bioanalytical tools.
