CTX Lifesciences is inviting applications from experienced candidates for its Production Department at the Sachin manufacturing facility in Surat, Gujarat.
The company is hiring for Chemist, Senior Chemist and Production Assistant (Operator) positions. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production operations are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview.
Selected candidates will be responsible for manufacturing activities, batch record documentation, equipment cleaning, monitoring critical process parameters and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and manufacturing quality requirements.
1. Chemist / Senior Chemist – Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing activities at the stage allotted by the Shift In-charge.
- Perform manufacturing operations according to batch records and SOPs.
- Record manufacturing details accurately.
- Perform equipment cleaning according to equipment cleaning records.
- Update equipment cleaning documentation.
- Closely monitor all critical process parameters.
- Verify online compliance of manufacturing areas.
- Collect and execute BPCR and ECR documentation.
- Review manufacturing records for adequacy and accuracy.
2. Production Assistant (Operator) – Eligibility Criteria
Designation: Production Assistant (Operator)
Educational Qualifications:
- ITI (AOCP)
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Any other relevant qualification
Experience: 1+ Years
