🔧 Open Positions – 10 Vacancies
1️⃣ Senior Operator – Granulation (OSD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate & monitor granulation equipment as per BMR/SOPs.
- Ensure GMP adherence and process accuracy.
- Perform adjustments, troubleshooting & documentation.
- Support cleaning, maintenance & equipment calibration.
- Guide junior operators and report deviations promptly.
2️⃣ Senior Operator – Compression (OSD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate rotary/high-speed compression machines.
- Monitor tablet parameters—weight, hardness, thickness, etc.
- Ensure machine setup, changeover & cleaning as per SOPs.
- Document activities accurately and follow GMP standards.
- Troubleshoot machine & process issues efficiently.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills (For Both Roles):
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in OSD manufacturing (Granulation/Compression).
- Strong understanding of equipment, GMP, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage production pressures.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
