Production Job Roles
Autoclave
- Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization.
- Ensure cycle parameters, documentation, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot equipment and maintain operational efficiency.
Vial Washing
- Operate vial washing machines.
- Maintain equipment and line clearance.
- Ensure washed vials meet required quality standards.
Tunnel / Depyrogenation
- Operate and monitor depyrogenation tunnels.
- Ensure temperature mapping and documentation.
- Maintain smooth operation and report deviations.
Filling & Sealing
- Operate filling and sealing machines.
- Ensure accurate filling, sealing quality, and minimum line losses.
- Perform in-process checks and line clearance.
Compounding / Manufacturing & Holding
- Operate compounding vessels and holding tanks.
- Perform weighing, mixing, and batch documentation.
- Maintain CIP/SIP and area cleanliness.
- Manage bulk storage and ensure proper dispensing.
- Maintain records and cleanliness.
- Ensure correct labeling and documentation.
