- Operator Responsibilities: Operate manufacturing equipment, execute batch activities, maintain safety standards, and report deviations.
- Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise daily production and manpower, ensure GMP/SOP compliance, review batch records, and troubleshoot process issues.
2. Packing Department (OSD)
- Operator Responsibilities: Operate packing machines, ensure line clearance, perform in-process checks, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise packing operations, ensure SOP adherence, review packing records, and optimize processes.
