Job Responsibilities: The job role would involve but not limited to:
- Good written & Verbal communication
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
- Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
- Interested to work in Voice Process
- Adhere to process norms and structure
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Work with great attention to detail
- Work in a rapidly changing environment
- Candidates should be open to work in night shift
- Communication in English has to be above average
- Post Interview need to take up Versant assessment, link will be shared the same day and they have to take up the test on the very same day
