Job description:

• Manages first response for routine technical inquiries, tasks, requests and escalation
• Provide a first point of contact for technical support for initial/ongoing issues that clients standard service customers face in their day-to-day use of clients products.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Technical support engineer.
• Experience in Digital marketing

Education:

• Education background as B.Tech(CS and IT), B.E(CS and IT), BSC(CS), BCA

Softskills:

• B2 High language proficiency on CEFR scale

Ad-tech skills:

• Average knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem – Campaign management/Optimization, SSP/DSP, Ad Servers and Publishers

Technical skills:

• Average technical problem solvinng capability
• Advanced SQL, Data Engineering and Database Management skills

Data Analysis:

• Basic skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Tableau

Client management:

• Must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Client Servicing
