Job Description:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HCC coding and strong knowledge in ICD-10-CM guidelines
- Review the medical records, identify diagnoses and convert to ICD-10-CM codes by following CMS, HHS & client specific guidelines
- Flag reports/send queries to the provider for documentation deficiency
- Strong knowledge in Medical terminology, Anatomy, ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
- Any one of the following coding certifications is a must
