Role Summary:
As part of our Voice BPO team, you will engage with clients, provide excellent customer service, and assist with data evaluation and curation. The role includes data analysis, reporting, and ensuring accuracy in information interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform voice-based client support, primarily in English and Hindi.
- Analyze data, perform research, and provide feedback for Data Science Curation/QA activities.
- Evaluate search results and ensure information accuracy.
- Coordinate with teams on data issues and mentor new hires.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic Excel and Word.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
