🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct KYC reviews on High, Medium, and Low-Risk entities.
✔️ Perform AML compliance checks, CDD procedures, and Transaction Monitoring.
✔️ Analyze financial data to detect fraudulent activities and suspicious transactions.
✔️ Investigate threshold breaches and escalate potential fraud cases.
✔️ Work with AML Investigations teams for enhanced due diligence.
✔️ Utilize World Check, Lexis-Nexis, and sanctions screening tools.
✔️ Interpret and apply USA Patriot Act, BSA, and CIP regulations.
✔️ Ensure regulatory compliance with global financial crime laws.
🔹 Required Skills & Attributes
✅ Strong AML/KYC/CDD/EDD compliance experience.
✅ Deep understanding of financial crime risks & regulations.
✅ Experience with High-Risk Jurisdictions & Trade Sanctions.
✅ Excellent research & analytical skills.
✅ Strong communication & stakeholder management.
✅ Ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy.
