Job Summary

The FP&A Team Leader partners with Finance and Operations teams to deliver accurate, timely financial analysis. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial performance reports using multiple data sources

• Analyze sales, gross profit, trends, and variances

• Partner with senior leaders to help achieve financial targets

• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting

• Recommend process improvements in financial and accounting workflows

• Support special finance projects as assigned

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong financial planning and analysis experience

• Ability to handle and simplify large datasets

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

Eligibility & Qualifications

Experience: 4–9 years

Education:

• UG: B.Com (Any specialization)

• PG: MBA / PGDM / M.Com (Any specialization)
