Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chat.
- Manage international voice processes for diverse industries.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:
- 0–1 year in BPO or Call Center industry (freshers are welcome).
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English and Hindi (verbal and written communication).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Prior experience in international voice processes.
- Typing skills in Hindi are an added advantage.
