Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct detailed research on written customer complaints
🔹 Analyze issues and provide effective resolutions
🔹 Draft comprehensive written responses addressing customer concerns
🔹 Utilize critical thinking to evaluate complaint validity
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
🔹 Maintain accurate records of interactions & resolutions
🔹 Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Who Can Apply?
✅ Graduates/Diploma holders (3 years) in any discipline
✅ Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
✅ Experience: 2-7 years in:
- US Mortgage Operations
- Escalation Management (Credit Card/Banking domain preferred)
- Customer Support in BFSI sector
✅ Skills Required: - Strong problem-solving & critical thinking
- Excellent written communication to handle complaints
- Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Experience in CRM systems & regulatory compliance
✅ Willingness to work night shifts: (8:30 PM IST – 6:30 AM IST)
✅ Immediate joiners preferred!
