📝 Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer account details in client banking apps

• Respond to escalations and ad-hoc requests from commercial bankers and customers

• Manage branch requests and client relationship

• Ensure quality and turnaround time (TAT) SLAs are met

• Understand mutual fund basics (advantageous)

• Learn and use internal tools/databases with minimal training

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: 0 to 6 months in international banking (Freshers eligible)
