Job Expectations:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in writing, reading and speaking excellent English
- Proficient in using computers and MS Office
- Able to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language
- Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
- Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
- Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies
- Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
- Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
Job Description:
- Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
- Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT
- Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
- Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
- Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
Skills Required:
- Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (English)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willing to work in a shift based work schedule
- Sound judgment while moderating the content
- Effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
- Should be on par with CEFR C1 quality in English, and be fluent in conversant + written English/Arabic
