Operator (Tablet/Capsule/ Effervescent):-
- Expertise in operating equipments:
- Granulation Machines – RMG, FBE, Octagonal Blender
- Compression Machines – Fette, Cadmach, CTX
- Coating Machines- Neocota, Sejong, Wurster Coaters, Solid Drug Layering Machines
- Capsules & Filling Machines- AF90T, ZRO 90T, Bosch etc.
Production Operator (Sterile / Nasal / Aerosol):-
- Operation and cleaning of: Nasal Spray Filling & Sealing machine, Vial Washing machine and Tunnel, manufacturing & holding vessel, FFS, Aseptic Behaviour & Practices, Blow-will Seal Machine, Area Cleaning
Packing Operator (Sterile/OSD/Nasal/ Aerosol):-
- Basic knowledge in operation of machines. Perform activities as per SOP and ensure data integrity
Store Officer:-
- Reciept of RM & PM / Dispatch of FG / Online documentary activity / Cleaning & Sanitation / Operation of SAP, Elog & EBMR
Engineering Officer:-
- Engineer with expertise in Instrumentation & Electrical domain
- Having knowledge in QMS activities
- Exposure in Regulatory & Audits
Qualification:-
- Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) – For Production Operator
- B.sc (For Store)
- B.E./ B.Tech (Instrumentation/ Electrical) – For Engineering
Experience :-
- 01- 05 Years (Operator)
- 01- 05 Years (Store)
- 05- 10 Years (Engineering)
