Career progression:
- Course Duration: 4 years
- Year 1: Trainee
- Year 2: BI (Executive)
- Competitive Compensation as per industry standards
Work Timings: 8 hours Shift-wise working
Class Timings: 2 hours Class (Mon – Fri)
Program Location: Kurkumbh
Eligibility:
- Min. 60% in 10 + 2 [Science background must] (Graduation year should be 2023/2024) and willingness to relocate to Cipla manufacturing site(s) for the duration of program.
- Candidate must be 18 years old on the Date of Joining
Salary:
- Trainee 2.45 L/A
- After one year (confirmation) – 2.94 L/A
