Role & responsibilities

Effectively manage Engineering activities related to the Development, Modification, Maintenance, and troubleshooting in a minimum time with maintaining cGMP compliance

• To maintain the facility compliance according to regulatory audits all the time.
• cGMP compliance in the utilities supply, maintenance and process machine area on 24×7 basis.
• To coordinate with all stack holders/department of the plant.
• To monitor Preventive maintenance Schedule & its effective implementation in SAP module.
• To monitor and execute day to day maintenance activities of engineering Department
• To provide Engineering Support for various Qualification & validation activities.
• Provide the required Engineering support all floors activities of the plant.
• To conduct FAT for new equipment /machinery.
• To monitor installation of machineries & utilities of overall plant.
• To monitor Modification of existing facilities of overall plant.
• Coordination for Purchasing / procuring the spare required for Maintenance Department.
• To prepare Revenue and Capex Budgets for engineering department and monitoring the expenses.
• Imparting training, develop down the line skilled workforce and improve people and equipment efficiency.
• Monitoring and implementation of documents related to Maintenance i. e.
  • Preventive maintenance schedule
  • Compliance of SOP & Formats
  • Monitoring QMS Module for documentation.
  • Monitoring Energy Conservation program.
  • Organizing & executing Training for engineering Department

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate preferably have an experience from API manufacturing industry. The position is based at Kurkumbh (Dist : Pune)
