Functional Areas:
A) Quality Control-
- Sampling, Analyzing, and Testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Preparing COAs, MOA.
- Conducting Instrument Calibration,
- Stability studies.

B) QMS-
- QMS Document review like change control, CAPA, Deviation, SOP Updation, Risk Management, Market Complaints investigation.
- Control & Review Engineering Documentation
- Co-ordination in Customer Audits
- Control of Training Documents.
C) IPQA-
- IPQA (In-process quality assurance) checks
- Perform AQL (Acceptable quality level) inspections
- Shopfloor rounds, Batch record issuance review, ALCOA++,
- Line clearance, Dispatch activity, Training to Production workers
D) Research & Development-
- Synthesis of products at pilot stage.
- Evaluation of required characteristics of product.
- Doing Literature survey.
- Prepare, review and maintain documents related to R&D.
