Open Positions & Job Responsibilities:
🔬 Designation: Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate – Peptide Synthesis
📌 Department: Peptide Team
🎓 Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry / Chemistry)
💼 Experience: 2-7 years in peptide research
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handling basic peptide synthesis equipment (orbital shaker, microwave synthesizer, manifold for library synthesis)
✅ Conducting solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis for linear, cyclic, and modified peptides
✅ Working with various resins, reagents, and cocktail formations for peptide cleavage
✅ Optimizing synthesis protocols for higher yield, purity, and scalability
✅ Purification using reverse-phase HPLC and preparative chromatography
✅ Peptide characterization using LC-MS, HPLC, and 1H NMR
✅ Understanding and drawing peptide structures using single and three-letter AA codes
✅ Maintaining detailed experimental records & lab notebooks
