1) RFQ/Proposal codes generation after receiving the RFQs for PO based projects.
2) Coordinate with stakeholders (sales, delivery, finance, management, technology, SCM) to ensure timely and quality proposal submission.
3) Establishing processes & templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs, or other customer touch points.
4) Regular interaction with delivery managers/accounts leads to developing a strong understanding of our services and gathering intelligence about existing clients.
5) Preparing & maintaining a dynamic repository of budget vs. achievements vs. projection details to be shared with BD, PM, and top management.
6) Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly proposal win-loss analysis and strategic insights to improve the ratio.
7) Managing and maintaining fully executed Pos, RFIs, etc.
8) Pending proposals analysis and follow-ups with BD.
9) Sharing all the proposal details to PM after approval, to generate Project codes and planning for the execution.
10) FTE proposal code generation and preparation of FTE proposals.
11) Scientific evaluation of RFPs/RFQs, if needed.
