Role & responsibilities

• Performs tasks inline with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision.
• Time management skills to handle daily capacity uploads efficiently within set deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and validation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Supply Chain and Order management experience
• Candidate should have MS-excel knowledge and supply chain background.
• Handling ticketing based request and accuracy in data processing and validation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience of any ticketing tool will be additional benefit i.e SFDC, SNOW
• Excel Basic Skills (functions and formulas).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Familiarity with capacity planning concepts and resource allocation strategies is an advantage.
