Job description:

1. Rolling out weekly / monthly production plans to the factory
2. Managing Inventory at the optimum level – making sure that there is no non-moving or slow-moving FG as well as no stock outs at warehouse / consumer
3. Experience in S&OP planning
4. Defining stock policies & ensure adherence
5. Ensuring highest levels of OTIF
6. Ensuring production adherence (Plan vs actuals) via collaboration calls with factory
7. Manage multiple stakeholder communication including MRP, factory, demand, QA, Distribution, Project Management to ensure production plans are met
8. Follow-up with MRP team to ensure material availability to meet production plans
9. Follow-up with QA for timely batch release to mitigate Out of stock

Basic requirements for the job

1. Excellent oral & written communication in English
2. Bachelors degree must, MBA preferred
3. Excellent stakeholder management
4. Location – Chennai
