Job description
Qualifications: BE/ME (Mechanical/Automotive)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 12 Years (Preferred- Door trims, IP, Console, glove box, OHS, and Soft Trims)
Tool: Catia V5/ UG-NX
Skill Set:
- Experience in design & development
- Good exposure of product development lifecycle for Interior trims.
- Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection molded plastic components
- Very strong in Catia V5/ UG-NX CAD software – part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.
- Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.
- Experience of working in CFT environment.
- Very good in English communication (written and oral)
- Adopt at using problem solving techniques, to resolve validation/assembly/manufacturing & interpersonal issues
