Position Details
Designation: Technical Assistant / Officer
Department: Warehouse
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities

Receive and store Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) as per AVL.

Handle loading/unloading, material movement, and warehouse housekeeping activities.
-
Ensure proper segregation, identification, and labelling of RM/PM.
-
Monitor and record daily environmental parameters (temperature, RH, pressure differential).
-
Verify weighing balances as per SOP and maintain logbooks.
-
Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity against challans/invoices.
-
Issue materials as per process orders.
-
Conduct batch-wise RM/PM staging in dispensing areas.
-
Perform periodic physical stock verification and support internal/external audits.
-
Maintain housekeeping and hygiene in warehouse areas as per GMP standards.
-
Receive Finished Goods from the packaging department daily.

Maintain documentation and records for RM/PM & FG as per SOP requirements.
-
Maintain cleaning logs for Pass Box, De-dusting Tunnel, Deep Freezer, Cold Room, and other equipment.
