Ideally he should be working in a GMP plant and aware of the documentations related to production as per GMP. Computer Literacy :
Evaluation and development of Packing materials.
Leading interdepartmental R and D projects for Quality improvements , process improvements , wastage reduction, cost saving etc.
Should be well conversant as to how to develop products or dosage forms for regulated markets including GMP, schedules, and other regulatory compliance’s.
Periodic review of competitors data.
Preparation of Product certification and testing schedule and planning as per standards.
New Product sampling and scale up.
