Job Description – RM / Packaging (Trainee)
- Assist in receipt, sampling, dispensing, and issuance of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Perform material identification, segregation, and storage as per SOPs.
- Maintain inventory records and material reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and Production teams for smooth material flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation of the work area.
Job Description – Production (Trainee / Officer / Operator)
- Operate and monitor Granulation and Compression equipment as per SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning, and line clearance activities.
- Record production data and complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Monitor process parameters and report deviations to the supervisor.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and good housekeeping practices.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and IPQA teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
