|Job Description – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
BioMatrix Healthcare is looking for experienced professionals to join its Analytical Development Laboratory team in the API pharmaceutical industry. Selected candidates will be responsible for analytical method development, validation, impurity profiling, stability studies and analytical testing of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for APIs, intermediates and related substances.
- Perform analytical method development using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other instruments.
- Carry out method validation and verification as per ICH guidelines.
- Perform impurity profiling, related substances and degradation studies.
- Conduct forced degradation studies and stability-indicating method development.
- Perform analytical testing of in-process samples, raw materials and finished APIs.
- Support method transfer from R&D to QC.
- Troubleshoot analytical methods and instrument issues.
- Prepare and review analytical reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria – Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in ADL / Analytical Development in the API pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience in analytical method development and validation.
- Strong practical knowledge of HPLC and GC.
- Knowledge of impurity profiling, related substances and degradation studies.
- Understanding of ICH guidelines, GMP and GLP.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
