Job Role:
BLENDING:
- Ability to handle shift plans for formulation activities. Operate and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels. Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols. Ability to handle and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels, CIP and SIP skids.
FILLING:
- Ability to handle shift plans for filling activities. Operate and maintain equipment like Vial washing, Autoclave, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling, Sealing and Capping. Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols.
PACKING & LABELLING:
- Ability to handle shift plans to manage all the activities of Packing & Labelling, Manual Optical Inspection and Automatic Optical/Visual Inspection.
