QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
1. Position : Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification : B. Pharm. / M. Pharm. / M. Sc.
- Experience : 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills :
- Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatching.
- Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols.
- Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples.
- Review of the executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records and protocols.
- The preparation and evaluation of the defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors.
- A person should have exposure to QMS elements such as CAPA, change control, and deviation.
QUALITY CONTROL
- Position: Executive
- Qualification : B. Pharm / M. Sc.
- Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Required Skills :
- Handling of Caliber LIMS masters creation, biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor Ila), and assays of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium is preferable. HPLC/GC with Empower Software, UV Visible Instrument,
KF and Potentiometer with Tiamo Software, IR Instrument, Polarimeter, Melting Point Apparatus, lon Chromatography, AAS instrument, ICPMS, and NMR. - Analysis of in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material.
- Knowledge and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF; Potentiometer, and TOC.
- Quality Control laboratory instrument service engineer.
PRODUCTION PHARMA:
- Position: Officer / Senior Officer
- Qualification : Diploma / B. Sc.
- Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience in operation and cleaning of vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, automatic vial filling and sealing machines, and automatic PFS filling machines. Operation and cleaning of Lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS).
- Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding activities.
Position : Executive / Senior Executive
- Qualification : M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
- Experience : 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, pre- and post-production activities.
- Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filter integrity.
MICROBIOLOGY
- Position : Associate – PG
- Qualification : M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
- Experience : Freshers
Required Skills :
- The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques.
- Students who achieved a minimum of 60% marks in 2024.
- Should possess good communication skills.
Position : Executive
- Qualification : M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
- Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Required Skills :
- Monitoring the environment in areas that are considered aseptic.
- Water sampling, utility monitoring, and trend preparation.
- Experience in monitoring NVPC and trending.
- Experience in documentation activities on the shop floor.
- Planning and execution of aseptic media fill simulation activities and intervention execution.
