Job Description:
- Position/Title : Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
- Required Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy / M.Sc. / M.Pharmacy
- Required Experience : 1 to 6 years
- Location : Genome Valley, Shameerpet, Hyderabad
Detailed Job Profiles:
BLENDING:
- Ability to handle shift plans for formulation activities. Operate and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels. Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols. Ability to handle and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels, CIP and SIP skids.
FILLING:
- Ability to handle shift plans for filling activities. Operate and maintain equipment like Vial washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling and Capping. Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols.
PACKING & LABELLING:
- Operation of Vial labelling Machine & VVM dot Machines with Inspection system.
- Operation of Videojet and Control print Printer for Batch Coding.
- Operation of Track & Trace System
- Monitoring of Cold room temperatures.
- Monitoring of Deep freezers temperatures.
- To do online documentation on BPR, Log Book and GCRs
- To get training on the SOPs concerned to Packing department
- To get trained in equipment related to packing area.
- To maintain discipline and cleanliness in the packing department
