Required Skills:

• Preparation of BOQs as per P&IDs and Indenting of Material.
• Floating inquires, gathering quotation from vendor and technical comparison preparations.
• Follow up with vendor for equipment delivery and commissioning.
• Execution of all Project activities at site, i.e. Structural, Piping Fabrication & Erection, Equipment installation, commissioning, Contractor works Quality Checking Etc.
• Involving and executing the installation and operational and performance qualification protocol.
• Involving in the preparation review and execution of URS, DQ, IQ and OQ.
• Review and implementation of SOPs, Preventive maintenance schedule and check list.
• Co-ordination with contractors to complete the works with in time lines.
• Attending, maintaining of PMP activities as per schedules.
• Checking and Listing down the Spares required as per Minimum spares requirement.
• Review of drawings related to Block-II
• Preparing the training schedule & Imparting training on SOPs to the Engineering team.
• Raising change controls and closing of Change controls after work completion.
• Tracking the all Block-II related QMS activities.
• Listing & Indenting of Spares and consumables as per requirement and Maintaining of Minimum spares as per approved quantity by HOD.
• To take the responsibility of any other task/activity as and when given by superiors.
• Responsible for IKP scale Up lab related Engineering activities.
• Ensure the Requirements /Principles of cGMP, cGEP and cGDP are adhered during the execution of activities.
