- Department: QC
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B. Tech/ MTech/ M.Sc (Lifesciences)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Description:
- Testing of vaccine and antisera in-process, finished product and stability samples.
- Estimation of protein content by Kjeldhal/BCA methods.
- Analysis of sample with electrophoretic (SDS PAGE), different biochemical techniques and using instruments like UV and HPLC system. Preparation of SOPs, Protocols and participating in the method validation activities.
- Maintenance laboratory as per GMP/GLP requirements. Preparation/calibration of in-house standard and maintenance of monthly stock of reagents and standards.
- Shall have Knowledge on QMS and have used QC tools like LIMS.
