Job Description:
- Instrumentation Engineer
- Company: Bharat Biotech International Limited
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Experience: 3 to 7 years (Injectable experience)
- Joining: Immediate
Role and Responsibilities:
Process Equipment Management:
- Troubleshoot, install, and maintain process equipment such as autoclaves, filling machines, and reactors.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of instrumentation systems.
SCADA and PLC Systems:
- Program, calibrate, and maintain SCADA and PLC systems for process control.
Develop and implement control strategies for manufacturing processes.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFD):
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot VFDs.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of VFDs in various applications.
Maintenance and Calibration:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of all instrumentation and control systems.
- Ensure all equipment complies with regulatory standards and company policies.
Project Support:
- Support new installations and upgrades of instrumentation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, calibration, and installation activities.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with process equipment such as autoclaves, filling machines, and reactors.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- In-depth knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and VFD systems.
