- Job Location: Hyderabad (Turkapally)
Role & responsibilities:
- Oversee the growth and maintenance of cell cultures or microbial fermentation, ensuring optimal conditions for product yield.
- Prepare and sterilize growth media and other solutions required for cell growth.
- Monitor and adjust parameters like temperature, pH, and nutrient supply during the cell culture or fermentation process.
- Manage the harvesting of cells or biomass for downstream processing.
- Conduct purification processes such as chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation to isolate the desired product from the biomass.
- Perform in-process quality control tests to ensure the product meets purity and quality specifications.
- Work on improving yield, purity, and consistency of the final product through process refinement.
- Maintain and calibrate downstream processing equipment to ensure consistent operation.
- Involved in the final formulation of the purified product, including any required stabilizers or preservatives.
- Record all data and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
