Job Description:
- Position Title: BFS/FFS Operator
- Experience Range: 2 – 10 years
- Department: Production/Manufacturing
- Location: Hyderabad
- Openings: 10
- Qualification – ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharmacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines for the production of sterile liquid dosage forms.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain BFS/FFS machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor machine parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues during production runs.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate filling, sealing, and packaging of products according to production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on BFS/FFS equipment to ensure continued reliability and minimize production interruptions.
- Accurately complete and maintain production records, including batch records, machine logs, and maintenance reports.
Experience:
- 2-10 years of experience operating Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and/or Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or related manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of BFS and FFS technology and machinery.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance in a sterile manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment or materials as necessary.
