Job Description:
- Position: Sr. Executive / Executive / Jr. Executive / Sr. Operator / Operator.
- Location: Turkapally, Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 3-8 years
- Qualifications- M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI
Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation and filling activities for vaccine production, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Optimize formulation processes to enhance product stability, efficacy, and manufacturability
- Oversee filling operations, including vial filling, BFS, FFS, PFS, lyophilization, and aseptic processing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
- Document all production activities accurately and maintain detailed records
- Train and mentor junior staff members on formulation and filling techniques.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
2.3-8 years of hands-on experience in vaccine formulation and filling within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
3.Expertise in aseptic processing techniques and sterile manufacturing environments
4.Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience:
1.Experience with Formulation and Filling production processes.
2.Knowledge of lyophilization and sterile filtration techniques
3.Familiarity with regulatory submissions and inspections

2. 3-8 years of hands-on experience in bioprocess development and production within the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in vaccine production
Strong understanding of bioreactor operation, cell culture, purification, and filtration processes.
3. Experience with process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience with viral vaccines / Bacterial vaccines production processes
