Job Description:
- Position: Sr. Executive / Executive / Jr. Executive / Sr. Operator / Operator.
- Location: Turkapally, Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 3-8 years
- Qualifications- M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation and filling activities for vaccine production, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Optimize formulation processes to enhance product stability, efficacy, and manufacturability
- Oversee filling operations, including vial filling, BFS, FFS, PFS, lyophilization, and aseptic processing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
- Document all production activities accurately and maintain detailed records
- Train and mentor junior staff members on formulation and filling techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2.3 – 8 years of hands-on experience in vaccine formulation and filling within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Expertise in aseptic processing techniques and sterile manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Formulation and Filling production processes.
- Knowledge of lyophilization and sterile filtration techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory submissions and inspections
