Now hiring for experienced Injectable quality professionals with expertise in Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, “In process Quality Assurance”, “Quality control” & “Microbiology” to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
Experience: 2 to 7 Years.
Manufacturing & Packing:
- Education: ITI/Diploma
- Operator: Production, vial filling, Capping, Mixing, Washing, sterilization, Packing, Batch record & documentation
Engineering:
- Education: ITI
- Technician: Electrician & Fitter
- Injectable Plant Machine(Autoclave, filling machine, washing machine, sterilizer, Packing machine) maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Breakdown management, Instrumentation
Production QMS:
- Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
- Manufacturing – Investigation, deviation, OOS, change control, CAPA and Batch record review
Quality Control:
- Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
- Analyst – GLP, Stability, RM-PM FP, Lab instrument knowledge HPLC, GC, KF, etc., QMS, QC Doc-cell
Quality Assurance:
- Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
- IPQA: Injectable IPQA, In-process quality check (Production & Packing), Batch release, Line clearance, sampling and Batch record review
- Batch Release: Batch Release, Batch record review, QMS, approval management, regulatory guideline & compliance, sample-related documentation
- Validation: Plant instrument validation & qualification, Process validation, thermal validation, protocol preparation
- QA QMS: Investigation, deviation, Change control. CAPA, Risk Management and Audit response
Microbiology:
- Education: Microbiology or Biotechnology
- Experience: 6 to 14 year
- QMS – Investigation, Change control, deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT, Analyst, reviewer, Microbial Limit test, KTA, Bacterial endotoxin test, Environment monitoring, GLP, sterility test
