Job Roles & Responsibilities

Relationship Officer / Relationship Executive

• Source and acquire new customers for banking loan products

• Explain financial products and assist customers with eligibility

• Handle sales, customer queries, documentation, and field visits

• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursements

• Maintain good relationship with customers and manage post-sales support

• Work in assigned branch or field sales depending on role

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th / Graduate / Post Graduate

• Experience:

  • Freshers willing to build a career in Banking Sales

  • Candidates with field sales or branch sales experience are preferred

• Gender: Male & Female candidates eligible

• Dress Code: Formals
