Axis Phones is the customer service division of Axis Bank, handling inbound customer queries and providing financial solutions through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
As an Axis Phones Officer, you will:

🎯 Provide first-time resolution with excellent service
🎯 Ensure process efficiency and adherence to guidelines
🎯 Promote financial products through cross-selling/upselling

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution
