Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by profiling their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and report on performance.
- Expand the customer database by ensuring accurate CRM records.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Represent the bank at industry events and trade shows.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to clients.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Field Sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and best practices.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
