Job Responsibilities
Production
- Perform manufacturing activities in OSD production.
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and fluid bed processing (FBP).
- Follow batch manufacturing procedures and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain production documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Packing
- Operate and monitor primary and secondary blister packing lines.
- Ensure proper packaging quality and documentation.
- Follow cGMP requirements and production schedules.
Engineering
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packing equipment.
- Maintain instrumentation and process equipment.
- Ensure smooth plant operations and equipment reliability.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks.
- Review production documentation and batch records.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support quality investigations and documentation activities.
