Qualification & Experience

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

2 to 6 years of industrial experience

Strong expertise in synthetic & analytical techniques

Specific hands-on experience with peptide molecules is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Synthesis & Characterization

Plan and execute synthesis of peptide molecules
-
Ensure required purity and yield as per project needs
Method Development

Develop methods for functionalized peptides
-
Prepare key intermediates using solution-phase synthesis
Troubleshooting & Compliance
-
Apply strong troubleshooting skills

Strict adherence to IPM (Intellectual Property Management) and safety norms
Data Interpretation

Analyze and interpret analytical data

Identify and characterize synthesized targets and intermediates
Safety & Lab Practices

Maintain high standards of lab safety

Follow industrial hygiene and best practices consistently
