Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, mentor, and manage the pharmacy staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all customers.
- Address customer concerns promptly and educate them about medication use.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory.
- Minimize waste by managing expiration dates effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate prescription and inventory records.
- Financial Performance
- Assist in managing sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Analyze financial data and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 5-9 years in retail pharmacy operations.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of drug usage and adverse effects (preferred).
Salary Range: ₹2.25-3.5 LPA
